KISS FM first went on the air in October 1985, but it was a pirate radio station back then. This means it wasn't officially licensed and broadcasted without permission

It features a lot of radio and magazines. I recognise Greatest Hits Radio, Kiss and a few more
3) How does KISS FM make money? 
KISS FM makes money primarily through advertising. Companies pay KISS FM to run commercials on their station in order to reach KISS FM's listeners. The more listeners KISS FM has, the more they can charge for advertising
4) How many listeners does the KISS Breakfast show have and how has this changed in recent years?
Around 980,000 listeners, it has declined over the years
5) How is KISS FM regulated and what can happen if they break the rules?
KISS FM is regulated by Ofcom, which is the Office of Communications in the UK.  Ofcom has a broadcasting code that KISS FM needs to follow. They could potentially be fined, warned or have their license taken away if they break the rules
